Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations the customer has the right to a 14 day 'cooling off' period during which time the customer may change their mind and return the goods.
Bespoke work which have been cut to a special size, Personalised or 'non stock' cannot be returned.

We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. This is usually within 2-4 weeks but please allow up to 6 weeks. Please check our home page for an
up to date time scale.
Please note for orders placed during or near to bank holidays, Easter or Christmas periods then the delivery of the order may be delayed.
The quickest way to place your order is online in our shop (Full payment is required at point of ordering which will be taken online.) You will then need to email over your wording and the colour you want.
If you wish to pay by cheque you can order via email, payment is required before any work
begins on your order.
Once you have sent your wording we will send you proofs to check via email.
Orders placed between 18/12/17 - 03/01/18 will not be processed until the studio re-opens on 04/01/18

If you wish to place an order for a sample please place an order for single items in the shop. Please note when only ordering single items this will only be classed as a sample and will not be personal to you.
For Personalised wedding Save the Dates, Invitations, R.S.V.P.'s, Order of Service/Day and Name Places we have a minimum order of 25.
